I have been struggling with food issues for most of my adult life, often in a “yo-yo” cycle. I would lose weight and then start eating all the wrong foods again just to pile all the weight back on! It was almost as if I sub-consciously thought “great, you’ve reached your goal now pig-out!”. I used to be obsessed with food, thinking about it almost 24/7.

I am well aware of what is considered a healthy lifestyle and what foods I should avoid, but it was as if I was not in control of my choices.

 

 

During a visit to Cape Town I decided to visit Lesley after reading an article in a local magazine.
I have felt the results of that one session through-out my life.
I started with a new training program and a healthy eating plan after our session and have managed to lose 13.5kg through 8 weeks.
I am a lot more conscious of my food choices, I don’t crave my old comfort foods constantly anymore, and when I do I am able to “talk” to myself and assure my body that I will have it again, but just not now!
I am feeling great and I am very positive to get rid of the last 10kg in the new year!
I feel confident that my session with Lesley had a big influence on my success.
