Weight Masters offers powerful 6 week
interactive group workshops as well as a 2 weekend intensive course.
Here you can achieve permanent weight
mastery. Empowering you in the art of healthy living on all
levels
Founder of Weight Masters, Lesley Wood -
an experience psychotherapist and hypnotherapist will support you
through this journey that will increase self esteem and identify &
transform possible limiting beliefs.
There will be a lecture and follow up session by one of SA’s top
dieticians, where you will receive an easy to follow eating plan
(food exchange guide) and gain clarity on eating dos and don’ts,
including portion sizes and mindful eating.

You will be given a full body assessment
by a highly experienced personal trainer and be given tips, on how
to get the most out of any exercise that you do.
You will also receive the Weight Masters
Workbook to use on a daily basis at home with additional weekly
assignments to assist with cognitive change.

What results can I expect? |
By the end of the course, you will have gained insight into your
thinking processes and how the have impacted negatively on your
life style up to now and even better, you will have the tools to
change them. You will have clear goals on weight, general
health, diet and fitness and know how to get there. You will
generally feel more in control of your life and have increased
levels of fulfilment.
By the end of six weeks, you should be on the way to your ideal
goal weight as well as understanding how to live a healthier,
balanced life style which you most importantly, enjoy!

How does the event run?
What will be the process? |
There are two processes – a 6 week course of 2 hours every week
or a intensive course of 2 Saturdays.
There are no more than 16 delegates on a course.
How much or how little you participate and interact during the
course is up to you. There is a group hypnosis at the end of
each day which aids the change process. There are daily workbook
exercises to be completed at home and the more thought you put
into this, the greater your results will be.

Subject specialists will cover healthy eating, exercise, stress,
emotions, behaviour patterning, self esteem and cognitive
reasoning.
You will be given a comprehensive workbook with easy to follow
daily exercises, tips, food guides, a pedometer and a full body
assessment (weight, BMI, fat %, target weight etc) will be done
on the course.

These courses suite all age groups (from teens to elderly) as it
is never too early or too late to start a new healthy
life-style! There have been teens to attendees in their 60’s on
previous courses.

What’s my risk? |
There are no
risks if you are prepared to spend a small portion of each day
(6 days a week) changing those old habits that no longer serve
you or help you. This is about putting in place a new healthy
life style plan that you can comfortably and happily use for the
rest of your life.
There is no
diet and definitely no starvation encouraged at Weight Masters!
This is about empowering you as the individual to make healthier
choices in all areas of your life!

The founder of Weight-Masters:
Lesley Wood
is an experienced psychotherapist, hypnotherapist and Touch for
Health kinesiologist, having studied in New York U.S.A. and
South Africa. She strives to stay up to date on all aspects of
her work. Lesley has partnered with specialist colleagues in
developing life enhancement courses as well as running workshops
in the corporate world, schools and at charity benefits.
By
facilitating change on an emotional level first, with exercises
like the ones in her book (The Weight Masters Workbook –
transformation from the inside out), individuals' self esteem
and self awareness grow thus enabling them to make better life
choices around food and health. Her emphasis is on empowerment
of the individual.
Lesley has
created self-development tools for her clients to use at
home, generating opportunity for positive change, which can be
used on their own or in conjunction with traditional therapy
sessions and hypnotherapy.
All courses
are run with highly experienced dieticians, subject specialists
and physical Instructors. And her private sessions are assessed
and co-ordinated with medical specialists where necessary.
