Courses – at the Cape Town Medi-Spa or at client preferred venues:

Weight Masters offers group hypnotherapy sessions, powerful interactive group workshops as well as intensives courses. Each course is adapted to the group’s requirements.

Group Hypnotherapy: experience the powerful dynamics of a group experience. (Maximum 10 people) held in the evenings & the mornings. Group hypnosis sessions are also available at your choice of venue by prior arrangement. This is a quiet, peaceful experience and no verbal interaction with the rest of the group is necessary.

Group workshops and Intensive courses: Founder of Weight Masters, Lesley Wood - an experienced psychotherapist and hypnotherapist will support you through this journey that will increase self esteem while transforming possible limiting beliefs.

Diabetic and other subject specialists will be involved when necessary, tailoring the course to the requirements of your group.
